Clancy Construction have been awarded the contract to redevelop Thurles Shopping Centre. The Centre has become one of the most popular shopping centres in the region offering visitors a wide range of quality retail outlets. The anchor tenant is Dunnes Stores and during the renovations Dunnes Stores will be extended to accommodate their food and clothing departments.

The shopping centre will also benefit from a new multi storey car park which will provide extra car parking facilities for over 500 vehicles. There will also be an additional 17 extra shopping units included in the redevelopment. This will enhance the shopping experience for the thousands of visitors to the shopping centre. The new Thurles Shopping Centre will be completed in late March 2009 and Clancy Construction are delighted to be associated with this development which will increase the profile of Thurles Town.
