Leisure & Recreational > Ramada Hotel & Golf Resort, Ballykisteen

This contract involved the construction of a new 40 bedroom hotel, golf club house, spa and leisure centre in addition to 45 holiday lodges. The construction was traditional load bearing block work with a monocouche render finish externally, precast concrete floors with a composite panel tile effect roof. The contract was completed within 13 months.
