Restoration & Conservation > Killiney Court Hotel, Killiney, Co Dublin

The Killiney Court Hotel project involved the restoration of this listed Victorian Building.

The project involved:

Stripped roof, relathed and the re-leading the roof.

Clancy Construction also undertook the task of replacing all of the sliding sash windows. Skilled craftsman also hacked off plaster & replaced the plaster using traditional methods to ensure it was in keeping with the building.
