Medical & Hospital > Greenhills Nursing Home, Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary

This project involved the construction of a new nursing home facility on a green field site. The development entailed a 52 bedroom facility plus ancillary rooms, a day centre, dining rooms and staff area, in addition to the extensive landscaping. A specific contract requirement was our ability to deliver the project within five months.
