Clancy Construction were awarded the contract to compete all the ground work necessary in Irelands first eco-village. The Village is a development with a difference. Unlike most housing developments The Village is being created by a community of people who are committed to ecological, social and economic sustainability. Their plans for the 67 acre farm adjoining Cloughjordan in North Tipperary include community allotments and an extensive area for woodland and wildlife.
