Leisure & Recreational > Anner Hotel, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Clancy Construction have been involved in the redevelopment of the Anner Hotel in Thurles since 1996. The work was completed in three phases. The first phase involved the demolition of the existing bedroom block and the construction of a new 40 bedroom block plus new foyer. The second phase was the construction of 24 bedrooms, a leisure centre and fitness suite. The third phase involved the construction of 32 bedrooms and a conference centre. Each phase was successfully negotiated and carried out in record time.
